9th October 2023: Yoav Gallant (IOF Minister) publicly states Israel’s genocidal intent towards Palestinians in Gaza.

11th October 2023: People in Cork take to the streets for the first anti-genocide protest for Palestine. That Saturday 14th the weekly Cork Palestine Solidarity Campaign protest would begin.
28th October 2023: Netanyahu (Prime Minister of Israel) states “Remember what Amalek has done to you.” A biblical reference to kill every man, woman, child, infant and animal.
January 26th 2024: The International Court of Justice refers to “the right of the Palestinians in Gaza to be protected from acts of genocide and related prohibited acts”. It makes a provisional measures order, ignored by Israel.
The State of Israel shall take effective measures to prevent the destruction and ensure the preservation of evidence related to allegations of acts within the scope of Article II and Article III of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide against members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza Strip.
July 20th 2024: The Lancet medical journal estimated the true death toll in Gaza.
Applying a conservative estimate of four indirect deaths per one direct death to the 37 396 deaths reported, it is not implausible to estimate that up to 186 000 or even more deaths could be attributable to the current conflict in Gaza.
